The 2023 Nigeria Women’s Football League Premiership Super 6 finals in Asaba, Delta State will now run from June 9 to 16, the NWFL secretariat confirmed on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
The NWFL Premiership Super 6 which was initially scheduled for May 5 to 12, 2023, was postponed due to the upcoming WAFU-B U20 Women’s Cup in Ghana.
Participating teams are Rivers Angels, Delta Queens, Edo Queens, Bayelsa Queens, Confluence Queens and Robo Queens. /3
The eventual winner of this year’s NWFL Super Six tournament will represent Nigeria in WAFU-B Zonal qualifiers for CAF Women’s Champions League
