Director,Sunshine Stars Football Club of Akure, Mr Tunde Ogunja has described the insinuation that sunshine stars coach Kabiru Dogo has left the club for fellow Nigeria professional football league side Nasarawa united as fake news.
Mr Tunde Ogunja stated this while speaking with our sports reporter, Isaac Afolabi at the Ondo state governors office in Akure.
The former national footballer said all contract agreement with coach Kabiru Dogo are intact and that the coach only took excuse to pay attention to family matters in Ilorin the Kwara state capital.
Mr Ogunja further stated that the management of the Ondo state football agency ODSFA has fulfilled the required logistics demand to make coach Dogo’s assignment easier with the recent procurement of a car for the coach mobility.
He further called for calm saying that the team remain focus in achieving the set target in the 2019/2020 league season.
