The much-awaited H&B Global Sports 6 v 6 Football Tournament kicks off today at the Champions playground sports facility.
Eight football clubs/academies went through a screening exercise conducted by the tournament organizing committee, which was led by the chairman of Akure South Football Association, Mr. Abayomi Ogunlade and the chairman of Ondo State Football Coaches Association, Coach Onilude Temitayo.
A tournament draw event was immediately conducted after the screening exercise at the Champions playground venue of the tournament.
Also present at the draw event were H&B Global Sports president, Amb. Henry Abiodun, and vice president, Dr. Mrs Bukola Abiodun. H&B Global Sports sporting director, Adeyanju Abiodun, led the draw event to ensure perfect tournament scheduling.
Two groups of four football clubs/academies were scheduled to accommodate the 8 participating teams. Young Star Football Club, Rock Crystal Soccer Academy, Brave Eagles Football Academy, Golden Jet Football Club, YSFON Football Academy, Weliweli Football Club, Royal-Gold Soccer Academy, and FTBLRLIFE Soccer Academy are all ready to fight for the H&B Global Sports Football Tournament trophy.
